Returns & Refunds

 


At HOUND ARCHIVES, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.


Because many of our releases are limited and produced in controlled quantities, all sales are considered final unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.


If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@houndarchives.com or by creating a support ticket in our Discord at discord.gg/hound.


 

Damages, Faults & Order Issues

 


Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.


If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution. When reaching out, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.


If your claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.


 

Return Eligibility for Approved Cases

 


If we approve a return for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, the item must be returned in the condition requested by our support team. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be sent back before issuing a refund, replacement, or other resolution.


Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.


 

Non-Returnable Items

 


We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • change of mind

  • incorrect sizing or fit preference

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • any item not in its original condition, where applicable

 


If you are unsure about sizing or product details before purchasing, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.


 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.


If there is an approved issue with your order, we’ll determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation and stock availability.


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

 


If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.


To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

 


If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
